  • Is this Traditional Health Care? No. Its virtual care via: Text, Telephone or Video (Skype). Applicants call to schedule an physician virtual appointment based upon condition. Teladoc MD calls back ASAP. 

  • Is the Traditional Behavioral Health? Yes. Applicants can speak with a registered Behavioral Health consultant and set up follow up appointments.

  • Is their any Physician / Behavioral Health consultation fee (Co-pay / Coinsurance)? No. All virtual consultations are FREE.

  • Is there usage limitations? No/ Unlimited usage

  • Wait time to speak with a Telemedicine MD?: Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, longer than usual wait time is to be expected; 1-2.5 hours.

  • Wait time for a Behavioral Health consultation? Appointments required. 3-5 days in advance.

  • When can I call? 24/7/365

  • Pre-existing conditions: NA.

  • Can I use this with my existing healthcare policy / RX?: Yes

  • I already have a Telemedicine plan, can I use this? Yes

  • I have a Telemedicine program with no monthly fee. I only pay when I need it. Teladoc Complete provides FREE consultations with unlimited access. How many time do you think you need a physician consultation during this pandemic and beyond per month? Small children etc.

  • Can MD prescribe prescriptions: Yes. Non narcotic only.

  • Can I get refills on current medications? Yes/No. Teladoc isn't meant for refills but, exceptions can apply based upon situation.
